Hywel Dda University Health Board has reached an interim agreement with the Trustees of Shalom House.
The nurse-led branch surgery at Shalom House will remain open for another three months, until 31 March 2026.
We are very grateful to the Trustees of Shalom House for their flexibility in agreeing to this extension.

Opening Times
Our main Surgery line 01437 721306 is open Monday - Friday between 8.00am and 6.30pm for any enquiries. Surgery doors are open to patients Monday - Friday between the hours of 8.30am and 6.00pm.
We are closed at weekends and Bank Holidays.
When we are closed, emergency cover is available by calling NHS 111 to access the Out of Hours service. To speak with a Mental Health Practitioner at any time call NHS 111 and select Option 2. (This service is commissioned by Hywel Dda Health Board.}
