Hywel Dda University Health Board has reached an interim agreement with the Trustees of Shalom House.
The nurse-led branch surgery at Shalom House will remain open for another three months, until 31 March 2026.
We are very grateful to the Trustees of Shalom House for their flexibility in agreeing to this extension.

Update for patients of Myddygfa Penrhyn
Hywel Dda University Health Board has reached an interim agreement with the Trustees of Shalom House.
The nurse-led branch surgery at Shalom House will remain open for another three months, until 31 March 2026.
We are very grateful to the Trustees of Shalom House for their flexibility in agreeing to this extension.
This means the branch surgery will continue to provide services during this period. The Shalom branch offers nurse-led services on weekday mornings, mainly blood tests, and is specifically for patients who are unable to travel to Solva.
We will keep you updated on any further developments. Thank you for your continued support.
