Hywel Dda University Health Board has reached an interim agreement with the Trustees of Shalom House.
The nurse-led branch surgery at Shalom House will remain open for another three months, until 31 March 2026.
We are very grateful to the Trustees of Shalom House for their flexibility in agreeing to this extension.

We aim to treat our patients courteously at all times and expect our patients to treat our staff in a similarly respectful way. It is your responsibility to keep your appointments, inform us of your past illnesses, medication, hospital admissions and any other relevant details.

Please try to attend any appointment offered by the Surgery for health clinics as these will be essential to your health plan. Please also ensure that you inform the Surgery if you cannot attend any booked appointment, so that it can be offered to another patient
