Hywel Dda University Health Board has reached an interim agreement with the Trustees of Shalom House.
The nurse-led branch surgery at Shalom House will remain open for another three months, until 31 March 2026.
We are very grateful to the Trustees of Shalom House for their flexibility in agreeing to this extension.
Hospital Transport Services are provided to help patients get to their hospital or clinic appointment. Patients who need ambulance transport to attend their first hospital appointment should book their transport to hospital directly through a Transport Booking Centre. Transport for all other appointments should be booked at the hospital when you attend for your appointment.
This is a separate service to the emergency ambulance service – if you need an ambulance for a medical emergency you should always phone 999.
When you receive your first appointment letter from the hospital you should contact the Transport Booking Centre on:
Tel : 0300 1232 303
Remember – if your appointment is changed for any reason, please tell the Transport Booking Centre.
